Q "We love our personalised gift - how can we leave you a good review?"
A - Thank you! You can leave a review for your item by simply finding the product you ordered on our website, and clicking the 'Leave Review' button.

Q "Will my item arrive by Father's Day/Christmas/Trevor's Birthday?"
A - We use Royal Mail first class post, so within the UK items should arrive the day after being posted. If you are overseas, please refer. Please refer to our shipping policies as Royal Mail cannot guarantee a delivery date when shipping overseas.

Q "I have just noticed that I have spelt a word wrong on my order - will you automatically correct this when you engrave it?"
A - No, we always engrave your message exactly as you have typed it, so please take great care when typing!

Q "I would like to buy 12 engraved glasses for a wedding gift. Do you offer a discount for larger quantities?"
A - Yes, we would be pleased to work out a discounted price for you - just get in touch via email and we will be happy to help with your request.

Q "Can you engrave a different message to the one in the photo?"
A - All our engraving is completed by hand, so you can have whatever you like!! Please type your request into the box when you order and we will contact you if we have any questions.

Q "I am in the US and I would like a personalized hammer for my husband as a surprise gift - can you please NOT write 'hammer' on the outside of the box in case he sees it?"
A - I'm afraid that we have a legal obligation to complete an accurate customs label stating exactly what is inside the package, therefore we cannot write anything different on the label. We are happy to post your hammer to a different address if this would help.

Q "How will my item be packaged?"
A - We use bubble wrap, tissue paper and brown cardboard boxes to ensure that your gift arrives safely. We do not offer gift packaging at this time.

Q "Can you include a gift card in with my item?"
A - We are happy to include a hand written note on coloured card in with your item. Please let us know details when you order. We do not charge for this service.

Q "Can you personalize something other than the gifts listed in your shop?"
A - Almost certainly! Please start a conversation with us via email and we will do our best to help.

Q "What country are you based in?"
A - We are in the UK and all our items are shipped from the UK.
